Sereno Complex is a large-scale mixed-use residential development in India that reimagines urban living through the lens of serenity and spatial harmony. Lotuz Studio’s design approach focuses on creating a self-contained community where architecture, landscape, and lifestyle converge seamlessly.

The complex comprises multiple residential towers connected by an elevated green podium, featuring landscaped courtyards, recreational areas, and community spaces. Each apartment is designed with an emphasis on cross-ventilation, natural light, and spatial efficiency — ensuring comfortable living in India’s tropical climate. Interior layouts range from compact studios to expansive family units, all finished with premium materials and contemporary aesthetics.

The design concept of “Sereno” — meaning peaceful — is expressed through the use of soft, earth-toned facades, flowing water features, and abundant greenery throughout the development. A central garden plaza serves as the social heart of the complex, with walking paths, children’s play zones, and meditation gardens shaded by mature trees.
