Cyprus Villa on the Hill is a striking residential project perched on an elevated site in Cyprus, commanding breathtaking panoramic views of the Mediterranean coastline. Lotuz Studio designed this villa as a sculptural composition that responds dramatically to its hilltop setting.

The architecture is organized as a series of interlocking volumes that step down the hillside, creating multiple outdoor terraces and living platforms at different elevations. This cascading arrangement ensures that every room captures views, natural light, and sea breezes, while maintaining privacy from neighboring properties. A cantilevered infinity pool appears to float above the landscape, merging visually with the distant sea.

Interior spaces are characterized by clean, minimalist aesthetics with warm Mediterranean materials — natural limestone floors, oak timber ceilings, and white-washed concrete walls create a serene backdrop for contemporary furnishings and curated art. The open-plan living area opens completely to a covered terrace through full-height pivot doors, effectively doubling the entertaining space.
