ĐẠI DƯƠNG XANH – BRIGHT LAND
Đại Dương Xanh – Bright Land is a visionary coastal masterplan project that transforms a prime waterfront site into a comprehensive mixed-use community. Lotuz Studio’s planning concept creates a development that balances urban intensity with environmental sensitivity, establishing a new model for responsible coastal development in Vietnam.
The masterplan is organized around a series of connected water features — canals, lagoons, and a central lake — that serve both aesthetic and functional purposes. These waterways provide beautiful settings for waterfront properties, create natural cooling corridors through the development, and manage stormwater through bioengineered filtration systems. Residential neighborhoods are arranged as distinct villages around these water features, each with its own character and amenity cluster.
Building typologies include oceanfront villas, canal-side townhouses, garden apartments, and mixed-use commercial blocks, ensuring a diverse community with options for different lifestyles and budgets. An oceanfront promenade connects the entire development, providing a public walking and cycling route that links beaches, parks, shopping districts, and marina facilities.
The project name — “Blue Ocean – Bright Land” — captures the development philosophy: to create a community that celebrates its relationship with the sea while building a bright, sustainable future for its residents. Environmental features include marine habitat restoration, dune conservation zones, and a comprehensive green infrastructure network.
