Luxury Oceanfront Villa is a spectacular residential project situated on a dramatic coastal site where land meets sea. Lotuz Studio’s design takes full advantage of the panoramic ocean views, creating an architecture that feels suspended between sky and water.

The villa’s layout is organized across three levels that cascade down the coastal slope, with each floor stepping closer to the ocean. The uppermost level houses private bedrooms and a rooftop observation deck, the middle level contains the main living, dining, and entertaining spaces, and the lowest level features a beach-level pool terrace and guest suite. A sculptural exterior staircase connects all levels, creating a dramatic vertical promenade with constantly changing ocean views.

Materials are selected for their relationship with the coastal environment — weathering steel, natural basalt stone, and marine-grade timber develop a rich patina over time, integrating the architecture into its rugged seaside setting. Interior spaces contrast this raw exterior with refined finishes — honed marble, brushed bronze fixtures, and custom furnishings create an atmosphere of understated luxury.

Every architectural decision is driven by the relationship with the ocean — bedrooms are oriented for sunrise views, living areas open to sunset terraces, and the infinity pool creates a visual connection with the horizon that makes the boundary between architecture and nature beautifully ambiguous.
