NẮNG MIỀN TRUNG SCAPE – ĐÀ NẴNG
Nắng Miền Trung Scape is a distinctive commercial development in Đà Nẵng that draws its name and architectural identity from the iconic sunshine of Central Vietnam. Lotuz Studio’s design captures the region’s luminous quality, creating a building that celebrates light as both an aesthetic element and a functional resource.
The building’s facade is composed of a rhythmic pattern of deep sunshades and reflective surfaces that modulate Central Vietnam’s intense tropical sunlight, creating constantly shifting patterns of light and shadow across the building’s surface. This dynamic envelope transforms the architecture into a living sundial — a building whose appearance changes with the time of day and season.
Interior spaces are designed for flexibility and comfort, with generous floor-to-ceiling heights, operable glazing panels for natural ventilation, and a interior layout that can accommodate retail, office, and hospitality functions. A rooftop terrace with panoramic views of the Han River and Marble Mountains provides a premium event and dining venue.
The project name — “Sunshine of Central Vietnam” — is more than marketing: it is a design philosophy. Every architectural decision prioritizes the relationship with sunlight, creating a building that is optimally oriented, naturally illuminated, and passively cooled. The result is a commercial development that reduces energy consumption while providing an exceptional quality of interior environment.
