Villa Sunneva – Viet Nam

Villa Sunneva is a premium residential project in Vietnam that captures the essence of modern tropical living. Designed by Lotuz Studio, the villa embodies a philosophy of effortless elegance — where architecture serves as a frame for nature, views, and the rituals of daily life.

The design features an open-plan living arrangement that flows seamlessly between indoor and outdoor spaces. A central courtyard garden brings light and greenery into the heart of the home, while sliding glass walls dissolve the boundary between the living areas and the surrounding landscape. The spatial sequence — from the intimate entry court through the expansive living pavilion to the private garden — creates a journey of discovery within the home.

Materials are selected for both beauty and durability in Vietnam’s tropical climate: polished concrete floors, tropical hardwood screens, and natural stone walls create a restrained yet luxurious material palette. The roof design incorporates deep overhangs and clerestory windows that promote natural ventilation while protecting interiors from direct sunlight and monsoon rains.

Villa Sunneva represents Lotuz Studio’s commitment to creating homes that are specifically designed for their climate and context — not imported models adapted to local conditions, but genuine tropical architecture that enhances the quality of life in Vietnam’s warm, humid environment.
