TP OFFICE BUILDING – VIET NAM
TP Office Building is a mixed-use commercial project in Vietnam that creates a new paradigm for the country’s growing professional services sector. Lotuz Studio designed a workspace environment that attracts leading companies by offering flexible, well-designed office space alongside lifestyle amenities that enhance employee wellbeing and productivity.
The building features a distinctive double-skin facade that addresses Vietnam’s tropical climate — an outer layer of perforated metal screens filters direct sunlight and permits natural ventilation, while the inner glazed wall maintains a comfortable, sealed working environment when air conditioning is required. This system reduces cooling energy consumption by up to 40% compared to conventional curtain wall buildings.
Interior workspaces are designed for the evolving nature of modern work, with open collaborative floors, private focus rooms, video conferencing suites, and communal social spaces distributed throughout the building. A rooftop garden and a ground-floor café provide informal meeting and relaxation spaces that extend the usable working environment beyond the traditional office floor.
The project also includes a small number of premium residential units on the upper floors, creating a live-work model that reduces commuting and adds round-the-clock vitality to the building. TP Office Building demonstrates that Vietnamese commercial architecture can meet international standards of sustainability and design quality.
