Coastal Resort - Cyprus

Modular Residential Enclave | Modern Geometry Meets the Mediterranean Soul

Inspired by the coastal stratifications of Cyprus, The Modular Enclave resort is Lotuz Studio's bold exploration of modern modular architecture. The project is organized on a coherent grid, with rectangular volumes carefully arranged to create natural recesses and voids that catch the sea breeze. Pairing a natural sandstone palette with sustainable rooftop solar solutions, the resort is both a sustainable building and a private oasis, where the power of geometry sits in perfect harmony with turquoise waters and the untamed beauty of the Mediterranean landscape.
