3D WEB AND 360 TOURS

Project websites with a built-in 360 tour

Instead of building a website in one place, renting a virtual tour somewhere else and stitching them together, Lotuz does both. The tour is built and embedded as the site is developed, so load speed, mobile layout and the visitor journey are planned together from day one.

  • One point of contact for both website and tour, no need to coordinate two vendors
  • Runs in the browser, no installation required
  • Handed over with a CMS so you can update content yourself

Components of a project website

The final list is agreed based on your project's scale and how you sell.

Project home page

An opening section with large imagery or an embedded tour, leading visitors through the information sections in exactly the order you want them to read.

360 tour embedded in the page

The tour displays right in the page instead of opening a new window, keeping visitors on your site rather than sending them to an unfamiliar address.

Product detail pages

Each unit type or zone has its own page, with floor plans, renderings and area details.

Image and video library

Renderings, construction progress photos and promo videos, organized by category so visitors can browse on their own.

Lead capture forms

Connected directly to your inbox or CRM, with lead source tracking.

Content Management System

Update news, construction progress and unit availability without going back to the developer.

Schedule planned backwards from launch day

1

Agree the site structure

Together we agree the page list, the visitor journey and the required components. The result is a sitemap for you to approve before design begins.

2

Interface Design

Designing the interface to the project's brand identity, approved as a design mock-up before development.

3

Development and tour embedding

Building the pages, loading content, and integrating the 360 tour and interactive components.

4

Testing and handover

Testing across devices and browsers, CMS training, and account handover.

Capabilities and technology

Lotuz Studio does not rely only on off-the-shelf commercial software. We build our own in-house tools for our own workflow — the practical reason we can shorten timelines and keep pricing stable.

Lotuz.AI — our in-house AI toolkit for Photoshop

Controlled image generation, relighting and resolution upscaling, running directly inside Photoshop. It is a commercial product on public sale at lotuz.ai.

  • What you get: a much shorter post-production stage, so we can take on rush requests too

A sync bridge between SketchUp and 3ds Max

An in-house tool that pushes changes from a SketchUp model to a 3ds Max scene while keeping the materials and lighting setup already in place.

  • What you get: mid-project design changes do not force a scene rebuild from scratch, so the schedule does not slip

AI image processing that runs on our own workstations

Background removal, selection and edge refinement are processed locally in our office; files are never uploaded to third-party cloud services.

  • What you get: unreleased project files never leave our systems

Our own 360 tour management system

We build and manage tours ourselves on krpano, including multi-resolution image tiling so tours open fast even on weak connections.

  • What you get: tours you control yourself, with no dependence on a foreign platform subscription

A ten-person team doing the work directly

The person you talk to is the person who does the work. No call center, no coordination middlemen, no handoff to a third party.

  • What you get: focused technical feedback from the very first conversation

Multi-format input files

We accept models from SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max and Rhino, as well as CAD drawings. For projects without a model, 3D modeling is quoted as a separate item.

  • What you get: no file conversion needed before sending your documents

Build costs and running costs

Cost depends on the number of pages, the interactive components, and whether the tour and imagery already exist or need to be produced.

How it's priced: Cost has two separate parts: initial build and annual maintenance covering domain, hosting and technical support. We quote both from the outset.
  • We work under contract, issue VAT invoices and bill against sign-off milestones.
  • If you already have a website and only need to embed a tour, that is quoted separately at a much lower price.

FAQ

We already have a website and just need to add a tour. Can you do that?
Yes, and it's a far more economical option. We build the tour and deliver embed code for your technical team to add to your existing site. It works just like embedding a video.
Who updates content after handover?
Your staff update content themselves through the CMS. We provide operating training at handover and do not charge for routine tasks afterwards.
Whose name are the domain and hosting registered under?
We recommend registering in your name from the start to avoid complications later. If you authorize Lotuz to register on your behalf, the transfer terms are set out clearly in the contract.
Is the website search-engine friendly?
We build the page structure, title tags, sitemap and structured data to standard. This is the technical foundation; rankings also depend on content and ongoing marketing, so we do not guarantee specific positions.
Will an embedded tour slow the page down?
Not if it's done right. The tour loads in layers and only starts when the visitor scrolls to it, so it doesn't affect the initial page load speed.
How do we add a new zone when the project releases one?
You add new content and products yourself through the CMS. If you need a new interactive component, the additional fee is set out in the original contract.
