- Advise clients on and present the company's 3D, VR360 and AI services
- Negotiate terms and handle contract signing procedures
- Schedule meetings and negotiate with clients in person
- Coordinate with other departments to deliver and meet project goals

- University degree or higher; own laptop
- Proficient in office software

- Receive briefs (requirements, technical specifications, sketches) from the architecture team
- Develop designs: floor plans, layouts and 3D renderings
- Modeling, applying materials and adjusting lighting as required
- Render and export high-quality images, complete design documentation
- Publish to multiple platforms: website, mobile app, VR headsets, large screens
- Research and apply new technologies (AI, Unreal Engine, V-Ray 6+)
- Design 2D visuals for digital marketing channels (Facebook, Google, website…)
- Design event visuals: key visuals, backdrops, standees, banners
- Design logos, brand identities, company profiles and brochures
- Design website interfaces (responsive) and landing pages
- Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (2D) or 3ds Max/SketchUp, V-Ray (3D)
- Solid knowledge of materials, interior construction and architectural styles
- A good aesthetic sense and an artistic eye for space, color & light
- Keeps up with new creative design trends
- Teamwork, client communication and presentation skills
- Self-organized, able to manage several projects at once

- Degree in graphic design, architecture or interior design
- Prior experience in an equivalent role at a studio or agency
