REAL ESTATE PROJECT RENDERINGS

Rendering packages for sales launch campaigns

A real estate project needs masterplan views, zone views, amenity views and show unit views all at once — enough for brochures, site hoardings, the sales website and the kit for sales agencies. Lotuz delivers the complete set, scheduled back from the launch date.

  • Full campaign packages, not individual views
  • Schedule worked back from the fixed launch date
  • Contract, VAT invoice and payment by sign-off milestones

What a launch image set typically includes

The exact list is finalized based on project scale and the media channels you plan to use.

Masterplan views

An aerial view of the whole project, showing its scale, functional zones and relationship to surrounding infrastructure. This is usually the hero image of the entire campaign.

Zone and streetscape views

Eye-level views along the main axes, helping buyers picture real living spaces instead of only seeing a scale model from above.

On-site amenities

Pools, parks, sports areas and community spaces — highly persuasive images when buyers are comparing projects.

Show units and interior spaces

Interior renderings of key unit types, for sales materials and product detail pages on the website.

Photomontage on existing site photos

The building is composited into real photos of the site, for approval submissions or presentations to review boards.

Image sets by aspect ratio

The same view exported in multiple aspect ratios: landscape for websites and event screens, portrait for print and social media.

Schedule worked back from the launch date

Specific milestones are set according to project scale when the contract is signed.

1

Agree on the image list

Together we review the media channels to be used and finalize the list of views along with the aspect ratio for each channel.

2

Developer provides documents

A 3D model or drawings, finish material specifications, the project brand identity, and drone flight permission if existing-site background photos are needed.

3

Clay draft approval

The developer approves the composition and camera positions for the entire list before we move on to materials and lighting.

4

Delivery in batches

For multi-part campaigns, we deliver in batches so your marketing team can start rolling out early instead of waiting for the full set.

Capabilities and technology

Lotuz Studio does not rely only on off-the-shelf commercial software. We build our own in-house tools for our own workflow — the practical reason we can shorten timelines and keep pricing stable.

Lotuz.AI — our in-house AI toolkit for Photoshop

Controlled image generation, relighting and resolution upscaling, running directly inside Photoshop. It is a commercial product on public sale at lotuz.ai.

  • What you get: a much shorter post-production stage, so we can take on rush requests too

A sync bridge between SketchUp and 3ds Max

An in-house tool that pushes changes from a SketchUp model to a 3ds Max scene while keeping the materials and lighting setup already in place.

  • What you get: mid-project design changes do not force a scene rebuild from scratch, so the schedule does not slip

AI image processing that runs on our own workstations

Background removal, selection and edge refinement are processed locally in our office; files are never uploaded to third-party cloud services.

  • What you get: unreleased project files never leave our systems

Our own 360 tour management system

We build and manage tours ourselves on krpano, including multi-resolution image tiling so tours open fast even on weak connections.

  • What you get: tours you control yourself, with no dependence on a foreign platform subscription

A ten-person team doing the work directly

The person you talk to is the person who does the work. No call center, no coordination middlemen, no handoff to a third party.

  • What you get: focused technical feedback from the very first conversation

Multi-format input files

We accept models from SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max and Rhino, as well as CAD drawings. For projects without a model, 3D modeling is quoted as a separate item.

  • What you get: no file conversion needed before sending your documents

Scope and budget

Cost depends on the number of views and the project scale. Send us the scale and expected launch date to receive a scope with a budget range.

How it's priced: Campaigns are quoted as a complete package rather than per individual view, because the views share one model and one lighting setup, so the marginal cost of the second view onward is significantly lower.
  • We work under contract, issue VAT invoices and bill against sign-off milestones.
  • If the developer does not yet have a 3D model, modeling is quoted as a separate line item.

FAQ

Can you work on a project that has no 3D model yet, only planning documents?
Yes. Modeling from the planning and architectural documents is quoted as a separate line item, apart from the visualization fee, so the developer can clearly see the cost breakdown.
Need images urgently for a pre-launch campaign?
Please call us directly rather than messaging, so we can check our capacity. For tight deadlines, the usual approach is to prioritize the key images first and deliver the rest in batches.
Can the images be used across all of the project's media channels?
Yes. The right to use the images for the project's marketing is stated clearly in the contract, with no restriction by channel.
Will Lotuz show an unannounced project in its portfolio?
No, not without the developer's permission. We sign a non-disclosure agreement and only publish after the official announcement date or with written consent.
Can a 360 virtual tour be made from the same model?
Yes, and it saves significantly compared with commissioning them separately. The same 3D model can output both still images and a 360 tour. Please tell us at the outset so we can prepare the model for both purposes.
