3D films that guide viewers through interior spaces
An interior still shows one preselected angle. A film takes viewers in through the front door, through each functional zone, up to the ceiling and down to the details that matter — the only way to convey the sense of height, width and flow of a space.
- Built entirely from the model, so it can be done before construction
- Shows both daylight and evening lighting in a single film
- Sample films for your exact type of space, sent when you contact us
Film Types by Space
Show apartments
From the front door through the living room, kitchen, bedrooms and balcony, following the route a real person would take. Used in place of a show unit when the project is not yet built.

Lobbies and common areas
Lobbies, corridors and amenity areas — spaces with high ceilings and layered lighting, where film shows far more than still images.
Restaurants, cafes and showrooms
Mood-driven spaces. These films are usually set in the evening with warm lighting and slow camera movement around the central area.

Offices and workspaces
Open workspaces, meeting rooms and reception areas, showing circulation and how daylight enters each zone.
Design option comparison films
The same space in two material or layout options, switching right within the film. Ideal for design presentations to developers.
Detail close-ups
Short close-ups of a material surface, joinery detail or decorative feature, cut between wide shots or posted on their own on social media.
Four review points during production
For interiors specifically, the material schedule is locked at the same time as the camera path — together they determine most of the work that follows.
Storyboard and camera path
Define where the camera starts and ends, where it pauses and for how long. Approved on the floor plan before production.
Massing motion draft and material lock
The camera runs for real on the untextured model while we agree on the finishes schedule together. After this step, the camera path is locked.
Color draft
Materials, lighting fixtures and daylight are added. You give feedback on surface texture and overall mood.
Post-production and delivery
Color grading, music and export in the agreed aspect ratios.

Capabilities and technology
Lotuz Studio does not rely only on off-the-shelf commercial software. We build our own in-house tools for our own workflow — the practical reason we can shorten timelines and keep pricing stable.
Lotuz.AI — our in-house AI toolkit for Photoshop
Controlled image generation, relighting and resolution upscaling, running directly inside Photoshop. It is a commercial product on public sale at lotuz.ai.
- What you get: a much shorter post-production stage, so we can take on rush requests too
A sync bridge between SketchUp and 3ds Max
An in-house tool that pushes changes from a SketchUp model to a 3ds Max scene while keeping the materials and lighting setup already in place.
- What you get: mid-project design changes do not force a scene rebuild from scratch, so the schedule does not slip
AI image processing that runs on our own workstations
Background removal, selection and edge refinement are processed locally in our office; files are never uploaded to third-party cloud services.
- What you get: unreleased project files never leave our systems
Our own 360 tour management system
We build and manage tours ourselves on krpano, including multi-resolution image tiling so tours open fast even on weak connections.
- What you get: tours you control yourself, with no dependence on a foreign platform subscription
A ten-person team doing the work directly
The person you talk to is the person who does the work. No call center, no coordination middlemen, no handoff to a third party.
- What you get: focused technical feedback from the very first conversation
Multi-format input files
We accept models from SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max and Rhino, as well as CAD drawings. For projects without a model, 3D modeling is quoted as a separate item.
- What you get: no file conversion needed before sending your documents
How pricing works
Cost depends on length, the number of spaces to build and the density of interior detail in frame.
- We work under contract, issue VAT invoices and bill against sign-off milestones.
- If there is no interior model yet, modeling is quoted as a separate item.

Let's talk about your film
Please contact us via Zalo or call us directly. For interior films, sending the material schedule up front makes the quote much more accurate.
- Type of space and number of areas to show
- Whether an interior model exists or needs to be built
- Material schedule, if finalized
- Desired length and delivery deadline
