Set within the tranquil Dao Xanh villa enclave in the heart of Da Nang, this latest resort and F&B complex designed by Lotuz Studio is a perfect harmony of contemporary architecture and tropical landscape.

Faced with the challenge of maximizing the valuable river views, the Lotuz Studio team chose to stretch the building's mass along the site, embracing the curve of the water. We paired natural materials with a warm, tactile quality with a soft design language to create a building that is both restrained and relaxed.

Picture a late afternoon: you sit on a timber veranda, cocktail in hand, facing an infinity pool that mirrors the sunset over the coastal city of Da Nang. Every detail, from landscape and lighting to materials, was meticulously worked out by Lotuz Studio in 3D visualization software to deliver the most complete spatial experience.
