HA MY CODOTEL – DA NANG BEACH

Ha My Codotel is a hospitality-residential hybrid development located along one of Da Nang’s most beautiful beach stretches. Lotuz Studio’s design creates a resort-style living experience where owners can enjoy their property as a private vacation home or generate rental income through professional hotel management.

The development features a combination of hotel-managed studio units and larger owner-occupied apartments, all designed with the same premium finishes and amenities. Units are oriented east toward the ocean, with generous private balconies designed for outdoor living and dining. The architectural form steps back at upper levels, creating rooftop terraces and sky gardens that soften the building’s profile against the coastline.

Resort amenities include a beachfront infinity pool, a tropical garden spa, and multiple dining venues ranging from a casual beach bar to an elevated fine-dining restaurant with panoramic sea views. The ground floor connects directly to the beach through a landscaped promenade, ensuring that the relationship between building and ocean is direct and unmediated.

The design demonstrates Lotuz Studio’s expertise in the codotel typology — a building type that requires careful balance between the privacy expected by owners, the efficiency demanded by hotel operations, and the resort atmosphere that attracts guests. Ha My Codotel achieves this balance with elegance and precision.
