Hoa Xuan Tower – Da Nang

Set within a distinctive grid-pattern plan and embraced by a riverside ecosystem, the cluster of four towers in the Hoa Xuan area marks a major transformation for South Da Nang. Through the images developed by Lotuz Studio, the project is more than a residential complex: it is a leap forward in shaping living space within a neighborhood of low-rise architecture.

Lotuz Studio focused on a striking simplicity in the building massing. Free of fussy detailing, the towers are articulated with a grid system that alternates large glazed openings with a neutral color palette. The design both maximizes natural breezes coming off the river and gives the towers a contemporary, elegant presence. The commercial podium is designed to be open and wrapped in internal landscaping, making it a transition between the ground plane and the towers above.
