This renovation is more than a change of appearance — it is Lotuz Studio's effort to reawaken the soul of a building weathered by time. We kept the nostalgic arches as a reminder of its past, while weaving in modern living through warm timber surfaces and open spaces that welcome the ocean breeze. The spirit of the project lies in stillness: every step on the rough stone floor and every glance through the timber louvers helps people reconnect deeply with the sea and with themselves.
