RESIDENTAL COMPLEX ASA – EGYPT

In both urban housing and resorts, community planning in Egypt has spread in a standardized, uniform style. Times have changed, lifestyles have shifted, and new needs for holidays and social connection have emerged. Relying on an outstanding natural setting and focused on the needs of daily life, such communities are often seen as places for peaceful settlement or as second homes. We therefore set out to create a living environment where people can experience local culture, lifestyle and nature throughout the project.
