The Aqua Residences – Cyprus

Aqua Residences | Strategic Master Planning and Water-Inspired Architecture

Developed on a synchronized architectural grid in Cyprus, The Aqua Residences represents an optimized approach to building density in mixed-use resorts. Lotuz Studio established a rigorous spatial hierarchy, strategically placing the building clusters so that the entire central core is given over to water features and lush green space. By moving vehicle infrastructure to the periphery, the masterplan ensures complete safety and privacy while promoting a fresh microclimate that flows through every zone. The project is a seamless blend of modern spatial management and human-centred design, making every residence an integral part of a premium, sustainable resort ecosystem.
