Nestled in the beautiful natural landscape of Cyprus, Village Center Residential is a signature Lotuz Studio project that blends modern urban architecture with Mediterranean tranquility. The masterplan sets out a strategy that balances high residential density with generous green buffers, creating a harmonious connection between contemporary housing blocks and free-flowing, tree-shaded streets.

Inspired by the local context, the architectural language uses a refined palette of earth tones, raw stone for the plinths and natural timber. These materials not only stand up to the coastal climate but also bring an understated, “rustic luxury” beauty.

The centerpiece of the project is the “Oasis Concept” — a private courtyard built around a grand swimming pool. Surrounded by date palms and carefully selected tropical planting, this space acts as a natural lung for residents, offering a resort-style microclimate and complete privacy.
