Coastal Residences – Cyprus

Shaped by a fluid, flowing and purely minimalist architectural language, Coastal Residences is a perfect union of urban rhythm and the breath of the ocean. Lotuz Studio conceived an exclusive mixed-use complex with sweeping, rounded high-tech balconies that not only maximize panoramic views but also let natural light flow continuously through every apartment. The balance between a lively retail plaza on the ground floor and robust solar-powered residences above makes the project an icon of luxury living, redefining the standards of contemporary architecture in the Mediterranean.
